Bow Tie o’ the Day is going to a fancy bash tonight, where Suzanne will receive an award for her extraordinary work as an administrator for the Davis School District. She has so many responsibilities that all her job titles don’t fit on her new business cards. That is not hyperbole. That’s true. I seriously think she runs the entire DSD. I’m so proud of her. She was an award-winning teacher, and is now an award-winning administrator. The students are her first priority. She is their staunchest ally. 🏆 👩🎓
On A Busy Day, You Still Need To Wear A Tie
It’s easier to do housework and errands while wearing a bow tie, as opposed to a tie. But it was Tie o’ the Day’s turn to star in a post, no matter how long my to-do list is. There are two basic ways to keep a tie out of your way when you’re scurrying around, crossing off accomplishments. Either tuck the tie into the front of your shirt, between two buttons, OR toss it over your shoulder in the suave-est way possible. As always, look hip.
