Bow Tie o’ the Day and I send birthday joy to Katie Poulsen. It’s a chilly, long-sleeve day, so Cufflinks o’ the Day can present her with two slices o’ birthday cake. Katie was an across-the-street, Delta neighbor. We only had a couple of actual conversations, although we waved at each other daily for years. Good neighbors don’t have to be best friends. But I know her family would have helped mine if I ever needed something. I hope they felt the same about me. 🎂 🎈 Celebrate, Katie!
Update from Tie o’ the Day: We snagged our 2019 P!NK tickets, so we’re already busy for the evening of next April 3. Also, my ride-along with the Davis County Sheriff’s Office was re-scheduled to next week. Apparently, there was a little snafu with my pre-ride background check. The DCSO nabbed me making a bigly oops over a decade ago, and they wanted to make sure I bear them no grudges. Nope. Ultimately, I’ve checked out to be a reformed and law-abiding citizen. 🍺 🚗 🚓 🚫 I wised up. #serenitycouragewisdom
