Skitter’s back from her teeth-cleaning at the vet’s! That’s Skitter pouting under her blanket. She’s not happy with me and Bow Tie o’ the Day that we made her get her chiclets pearly white. She’s also not happy she came home with 2 fewer teeth. She’ll be barking another tune when she gets up in the morning to find the Incisor Fairy has left her some coins. Her tiny-tooth work cost more than my full set of dentures. She’s very expensive for being a free rescue dog. ๐ตย ๐ธ
I Hope It’s Not My Turn To Visit The Hospital Tomorrow
Hospital with Suzanne yesterday. Today, Bow Tie o’ the Day assisted me in delivering Skitter (wearing her own Bow Tie o’ the Day) to the animal hospital. Skitter’s only having her teeth cleaned, so we have no worries about her– except that she will shake with fear the entire time, probably even under anesthesia. Oh yeah, and there is the $900. bill. It’s worth it though to not have to smell her decrepit breath. I nag her to brush and floss her teeth. But does she listen? No. ๐ฌ
