As Tie o’ the Day shows us, regular folks aren’t the only ones who wanna lose weight and get fit for the holiday party season. Santa and his pals gotta get in shape for their around-the-world-in-a-night flight. Ties and bow ties don’t worry about their weight and/or their fitness. Whether wide ties or skinny ties or string ties, ties naturally exude coolness no matter what shape they’re in. We could take a lesson from them: we be cool, just as we are. 🏃‍♀️ 🏊‍♀️ 🏋️‍♀️

Bow Tie and Tie o’ the Day are consoling me cuz we met Ron in Fillmore today to transfer Big Helen back to her St. George digs. It’s always sad when she leaves us.  And the mutts miss sleeping by her feet on the couch. I guess they’ll start paying attention to me again, now that she’s gone home. Mom is easy to have around, as long as the fridge has Pepsi and orange juice, and there are plenty o’ potato chips on the cupboard. 🍊 🥛 🥔
